By creating an account or using Horror Podcasts, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Horror Podcasts is a subscription-based platform providing Hindi and Marathi horror audio stories, text stories, and related content. We offer both free and paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted

4. Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Subscription fees are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings

5. Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused content, or cancelled subscriptions. Please review the plan details carefully before purchasing.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• All content on Horror Podcasts including audio stories, text, thumbnails, and branding is owned by Dhruv Publications
• Content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not download, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Unauthorized sharing of subscription content will result in account termination

7. Third-Party Video Content

• Our app may display video content (including trailers and channel videos) through the official YouTube embedded player. This content is hosted by YouTube, not by Horror Podcasts.
• By using the video feature, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• We do not own, control, or claim any rights over third-party videos shown via the YouTube player. Ownership remains with the respective content owners and channels.
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party videos, which may be changed or removed by YouTube or the content owner at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our services
• Post offensive, abusive, or harmful content in reviews
• Use automated tools to access or scrape our content

9. Content Availability

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify content at any time without notice. Availability of specific stories or features is not guaranteed.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Horror Podcasts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of data or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Dhruv Publications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
